Your Role:
  • Assist residents with daily care: bathing, dressing, grooming
  • Monitor and report changes in resident health
  • Ensure safety, comfort, and dignity
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
  • Collaborate with nurses and care teams
What We're Looking For:
  • Active CNA license in New Jersey
  • Compassionate and team-oriented
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
