See Yourself Here As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:
Provide individual, couples (LMFT only) and/or family therapy.
Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services.
Offer family support, communication, and education.
Facilitate therapy groups.
Advocate for clients within larger systems.
Coordinating with and referring clients to other qualified providers.
Maintain the clinical record for each client and ensuring documentation meets all compliance standards set forth in organization policy and insurancecontracts.
Actively participate in weekly team meetings and regular groupsupervision/consultation.
Requirements We’re looking for candidates with:
A completed Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field that meets Oregon licensing requirements
Licensure with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Therapists or Board of Licensed Social Workers
At least 3 years of experience providing mental health treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families (graduate-level experience may be considered)
Knowledge of the impacts of oppression and persecution on mental health and daily functioning, with experience applying trauma-informed care principles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
