At SSM Health, we are dedicated to providing outstanding healthcare across multiple communities. We are currently seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (PA or FNP) Float to enhance primary care access in our outpatient clinics.

Schedule:

  • Daytime clinical hours, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends.
  • Optional shifts available for those interested in picking up evening or weekend hours at Monroe or Freeport Urgent Care.

Your Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
  • Eligible for PA/NP licensure in the states of WI and IL, with reimbursement for secondary licensure.
  • An adaptable and collaborative team player.
  • Experience is preferred, but not required.

The listed pay range reflects what SSM Health expects to offer and may vary based on qualifications and circumstances.
