At Chick-fil-A, Team Supervisors play a vital role in assisting the management team with shift operations and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Team Supervisors oversee specific stations during their shifts and are entrusted with opening or closing the restaurant when managers are not available, adhering to all established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Team Members accurately follow recipes and read tickets to prepare all orders correctly.
  • Monitor Team Members for precision in measuring weights and ingredients for all recipe items.
  • Maintain a fast-paced work environment to meet the restaurant's established speed of service goals.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized at all times.
  • Enforce cash handling protocols among cashiers consistently.
  • Implement security measures and cash management, holding cashiers accountable to company policies.
  • Supervise the cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, parking lot, and overall facility.
  • Step in to perform any of the aforementioned tasks as needed throughout the shift.
  • Address any guest concerns that arise; consult with management for complex issues.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere by treating all employees with respect while providing helpful guidance and feedback.
  • Communicate Team Member performance and policy violations to management for proper action.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
