Position Overview
The Lead Primary Care Physician is a key role in our clinical leadership track. You will be accountable for clinical outcomes and patient care for a panel of at least 360 patients, using your expertise to build strong relationships and encourage positive behavior changes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing comprehensive care for patients with both acute and chronic illnesses.
- Leading a care team, including medical assistants and coordinators, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Motivating and coaching patients towards setting and achieving their health goals.
- Participating in weekly meetings to support center operations and clinical leadership.
- Engaging with patients in various settings, including offices, hospitals, and homes.
- Driving a positive culture within the team and the center.
Who You Are:
You are a physician who strives for excellence and understands the importance of accessibility and quality care. You will champion a culture of love, accountability, and passion in your practice.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
- A valid State Medical License is required.
- Board certification in your specialty is preferred; Board eligibility is required.
- DEA registration for controlled substances.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $214,700 - $306,714, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
