Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Production Machine Operator:

• Temporary to Hire opportunity with 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday

• Operate, monitor, and maintain roto-molding machine while ensuring quality and safety throughout production

• Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used in plant operations

• Measure and load correct amount of plastic powder into mold

• Inspect parts for overall quality or identify defects

• Maintain communication with team and management to ensure that work will be completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors, and company objectives and be willing to work in any and all areas of operations as requested

• Help participate in the training of team members

• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work area

• Must be able to identify work priorities, meet deadlines, and function with little or no supervision

• Will be required to assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems with possible heavy lifting and working in cramped quarters

• Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of finished product

• Regular, predictable attendance; Other duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and engineering standards

• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs

• Ability to work well with others Attention to detail is required

• Solid work history that includes work within manufacturing industry and heavy machine operating experience

• Ability to work full time

• Regular, predictable attendance;

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to walk about the facility as needed

• Comfort and ability to be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, heat, and cold Willingness to be cross-trained in different plant operating areas

• Drug Test Required
