Project Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Richardson, TX Schedule: Hybrid - In Office Tuesday & Thursday
About the Role
Our client, a global commercial property management organization, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, security, infrastructure, and construction-related projects. This role will manage projects from kickoff through delivery while working closely with global teams and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strong project leader with prior experience managing IT projects, who excels at communication, milestone tracking, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from kickoff through completion, including security, infrastructure, IT, and construction-related initiatives
- Manage high-level milestone tracking and overall project timelines
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Provide weekly project status updates to stakeholders
- Lead project delivery resources and provide guidance to achieve project objectives
- Develop and implement project communication plans, including meetings, written updates, and meeting minutes
- Ensure project data integrity, maintaining accurate, timely, and well-coordinated documentation
- Track project progress against approved goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify risks, report variances, and develop action plans to keep projects on schedule
- Establish and manage project deadlines and ensure accountability across project teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, including leadership of IT projects
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Exposure to Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Hybrid role with in-office presence Tuesday and Thursday
- Opportunity to work on global initiatives within a commercial property management environment
