Job Overview:
We're looking for a highly analytical and proactive Program Manager in Supply Chain Planning to join a high-visibility, fast-growing area of our business. This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI and advanced technology, gaining exposure to industry-leading suppliers and some of the most dynamic supply chain challenges in the industry.
You will be instrumental in deconstructing complex supply and demand data, enabling scalable planning processes, and developing tools that empower better decision-making. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership. You'll thrive in an environment that is constantly evolving-where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the planning team in creating rack/commodity supply plans, validate supply responses from suppliers and communicate supply commits internally.
- Develop and utilize advanced analytics to understand shortages, identify priorities and work with the Sourcing and Operations team to resolve any supply demand gaps.
- Work cross-functionally across our supply chain organization to ensure timely and accurate data set-up in our systems.
- Utilize Oracle to manage planning processes. Collaborate with our Enterprise Products team and data management teams to continually enhance our automation efforts, efficiency, and data accuracy.
- Create weekly/Monthly KPIs and create communication for upper management.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytical/data-driven roles.
- 5+ years of experience working with large datasets and performing advanced data analysis.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan).
- Strong ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and clearly communicate actionable insights.
- Proficient in data visualization and scenario planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sourcing, program management, or infrastructure/electronics supply chain.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to lead cross-functional discussions and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Background in demand, supply, materials, or inventory planning.
- A proactive mindset, especially in areas where automation is limited-someone who takes ownership and drives results.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
