Qualifications we seek:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent experience in a technology role).
• Full-time availability for a hybrid work schedule.
• 3-5 years of experience as a product owner with a strong background in product management, demonstrating a successful track record in managing product portfolios and achieving product excellence.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• A deep understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and the competitive landscape.
• The ability to inspire and motivate teams to reach goals and drive results.
• A strategic mindset with critical thinking skills to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to foster product innovation and differentiation.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the product portfolio to align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Developing and executing strategies to optimize the portfolio, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Driving excellence in product ownership by establishing best practices that ensure our products fulfill customer needs and align with market trends.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products on time.
• Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with external organizations to enhance product offerings and expand market reach.
• Negotiating and managing partnership agreements while collaborating with partners to develop joint solutions for mutually beneficial outcomes.
