About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in supporting our patients and clinical team. You will help create a seamless, positive experience for patients by preparing charts, assisting providers and registered nurses, and ensuring timely, accurate communication throughout the clinic.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
- Support clinic flow through chart prep, documentation, and communication.
- Partner closely with providers, RNs, and the broader care team.
- Demonstrate service excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to patient well-being.
- Perform additional duties that support smooth, efficient clinic operations.
- Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM-4:45 PM hyrbid model
- No weekends, nights, or holidays.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing training program
- Active Minnesota LPN licensure
- Two years of experience in psychiatry and/or outpatient clinic care
