As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will inherit a robust practice of existing Schwab clients. Provide them with comprehensive wealth management and financial planning advice while progressively expanding your practice through asset consolidation, networking, and client referrals. If you possess a securities license, thrive in a team environment, and share our dedication to serving clients, we invite you to consider this exciting opportunity.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
- Plans to obtain or currently pursuing FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance, essential during your employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships, encouraging trust and exceeding client expectations with a focused communication strategy.
- Strong candidates will leverage Schwab specialists, advice guidelines, and market insights to inspire clients towards achieving their financial goals.
- Openness to engage in wealth management services, including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, and more.
- Adaptability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
- Passion for community engagement, discussing market conditions and sound investment principles to educate clients on wealth strategies tailored to their needs.
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional investor experience while fostering your own professional development in Wealth Management.
