Warehouse Order Entry Clerk needed in Hollywood

Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday to Fridays, flexible for overtime

Pay $ 16.00 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The order entry, full time employee and the primary role is to ensure all orders is processed and fulfilled timely, providing excellent customer service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Receive and process Sales and online. Sales emails for incoming orders

2. Check pricing and totals when processing orders

3. Prepare quotes or sales orders as required, making sure required dates are used

4. Print picking tickets and sending it to Warehouse for picking

5. Communicate with Sales Rep and purchasing for out of stocks and/or shortages

6. Communicate with Customers for stock check and other questions

7. Review picking tickets received for invoicing for accuracy

8. Follow up on supplies and special-order items to fulfill pending orders

9. Track order to ensure it has been completed

10. Manage B/O and cleaning if not required by customer

11. Coordinate and support Vince with all his customer issues

12. Email invoices to customers when required

13. Remain flexible to work with others and contribute with other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have one year or more of warehouse data entry skills

2. Prior knowledge of purchasing, sales and data entry skills.

3. MS Office and internal systems

4. Bilingual (English and Spanish)
