Physical Therapist (New Graduates Accepted) - Saint Charles, IL

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Shifts: Mon - Fri (Days)

Facility: Outpatient

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.

• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery and improve mobility.

• Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions from hospital to home or outpatient care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelors's degree or certificate).

• Physical Therapist license in the state of Illionis

• Experience in discharge planning for both inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with pediatric physical therapy practices is a plus
