Speech-Language Pathologist - St. Louis, MO

Overview
• Shift: Days

Requirements
• License: Missouri (Compact: No)
• Certs: CCC
• Experience: 1 year SLP
• Compliance: Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.

Responsibilities
• Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations.
• Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide appropriate care and services to residents in the facility.
• Implement communication treatment plans to enhance understanding and comprehension for individuals.
• Monitor and assess progress to modify treatment plans as necessary.
