Your Impact:

As our Home Health Physical Therapist, you will assess and treat patients with physical impairments using a variety of modalities. Your primary goal will be to help patients regain mobility and improve their ability to perform daily living tasks independently. We offer Specialty Programs like Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Joint Replacement support.

Your role will involve delivering skilled care in accordance with physician orders and teaching family members and health care team members about patient care. This invaluable service is pivotal for enhancing our clients' quality of life.

Are You Qualified?

  1. Valid state driver's license.
  2. Automobile liability insurance.
  3. Seatbelt usage while driving.
  4. Reliable and well-maintained transportation.
  5. Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
  6. Current licensure in the state of employment.
