Position Title: Recruiting Sourcer 3

Location: Redmond, WA

Expected Duration: 3 Months

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range $40- $50/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will focus on scouting and sourcing Engineering talent that build and sell products. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record of identifying and engaging with hard-to-find, competitive talent particularly in the AI and cleared spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Strategize and build proactive pipelines for hard-to-find skillsets and adjust quickly to the changing demands.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
  • Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organization.
Required:
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of talent acquisition experience, in a sourcing or recruiting capacity
  • OR bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
  • Have a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and is able to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in engaging and screening senior, compete and passive talent.
  • Fluent in advanced sourcing strategies, with proficiency across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Hugging Face, and other open-source communities.
Preferred:
  • LinkedIn Certification.
  • Experience recruiting for a large technology company.
