We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Associate. This entry‑level role is perfect if you want to build experience in customer service, client relations, event marketing, and promotions — all while gaining hands‑on exposure and working with dynamic teams. No experience is required; full paid training is provided, along with opportunities for growth, rewards, and career advancement.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and engage customers, clients, and event attendees with a warm, professional approach

  • Listen to customer needs, offer relevant services or programs, and qualify leads when appropriate

  • Help promote events, campaigns, and services — both in person and through outreach efforts

  • Support outreach, fundraising events, and promotional campaigns to help expand client base and community engagement

  • Provide high‑quality customer support and client care, maintaining a positive, helpful presence

  • Assist senior staff with marketing, event coordination, client follow-ups, and administrative tasks

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required — we provide full training and mentorship.
