Senior System Administrator - Raleigh, NC

Duration: 6 Months | Onsite

Description:

Will be responsible for troubleshooting, software installations, PC replacements, imaging, equipment inventories, PC maintenance, applying critical updates, and more. We are looking for someone who is proactive and can provide excellent customer service.
  • Support customers with outstanding customer service skills, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in Windows OS & M365 to support customers and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Image or provision new equipment hardware for customers.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage onboarding and shipping activities.
  • Follow asset management processes for accurate customer billing.
  • Test Intune processes for Tier 3 team and provide feedback.
  • Test upgrades and software changes.
  • Install software in compliance with security and internal processes.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide remote support.
  • Assist in developing team processes and a knowledge base.
  • Basic understanding of MECM, Active Directory, Tanium, Intune, and Beyond Trust.
  • Basic knowledge of Macintosh Apple devices with a willingness to learn.
  • Work with vendors on warranty cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on technical issues.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
Must Have:
  • 5 years of experience in customer support with excellent communication skills.
  • 5 years of experience with Windows OS & M365.
  • 5 years of experience in imaging or provisioning new equipment hardware.
  • 5 years of organizational skills in tracking onboarding and shipping activities.
  • 5 years of experience following asset management processes.
  • 5 years of testing Intune processes and providing feedback.
  • 5 years of experience testing upgrades and software changes.
  • 5 years of experience in software installation following security protocols.
  • 3 years of experience with MECM, Active Directory, Tanium, Intune, and Beyond Trust.
  • 3 years of basic knowledge of Macintosh Apple devices.
