We are seeking a passionate RN to provide top-quality care at our specialized occupational health clinic. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a focused setting, helping patients recover and return to work safely, all while enjoying a consistent schedule and the potential for long-term employment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert triage for occupational health injuries, assessing and prioritizing patient needs
- Refer patients promptly to providers when necessary, ensuring seamless clinical workflows
- Follow established RN standing orders to deliver efficient and standardized care
- Dispense OTC medications with patient self-selection, empowering individuals in their recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols in a clinical setting
Required Skills:
- Current RN licensure with active state credentials
- Strong assessment and triage skills, specifically related to occupational injuries
- Ability to follow standing orders and clinical protocols accurately
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in occupational health or industrial clinic settings
- Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations
- Familiarity with dispensing OTC medications and patient education
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, emergency, or urgent care settings
- Recent licensure and proof of continuing education in clinical assessments
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 3rd shift coverage, Sunday through Thursday
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
