What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert triage for occupational health injuries, assessing and prioritizing patient needs
  • Refer patients promptly to providers when necessary, ensuring seamless clinical workflows
  • Follow established RN standing orders to deliver efficient and standardized care
  • Dispense OTC medications with patient self-selection, empowering individuals in their recovery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols in a clinical setting

Required Skills:

  • Current RN licensure with active state credentials
  • Strong assessment and triage skills, specifically related to occupational injuries
  • Ability to follow standing orders and clinical protocols accurately
  • Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in occupational health or industrial clinic settings
  • Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations
  • Familiarity with dispensing OTC medications and patient education

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, emergency, or urgent care settings
  • Recent licensure and proof of continuing education in clinical assessments

Other Requirements:

  • Availability for 3rd shift coverage, Sunday through Thursday
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
