Computer Technician

- Requirements: All positions require a successful completion of a background check & drug test (we do not check credit) - ABBTECH pays for both checks
- Duties: New Computer and PC deployment, unboxing, and set-up with data migration
Position Description:
Computer Technician
- 1-3+ years of experience working as an End User Computing PC/Laptop Deployment Team
- New Computer and PC deployment, unboxing, and set-up with data migration. Full deployment guide will be sent to each tech onsite
- Must have the ability to lift up-to 50lbs
- Must be able to be on your fee ALL DAY and include up to walking the entire building, walking to different buildings and up and down stairs
- Possesses intermediate to advanced level knowledge and understanding of hardware products, commercial off the shelf application and diagnostic and troubleshooting utilities
- Possesses Basic to intermediate understanding of networking and security practices
- Possesses proven customer service background
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions and update tracking systems as directed
- Possesses good analytical and communication skills
- Possesses strong ability to work independently
- Possesses High School Diploma and A+ certification or equivalent skill set
- Detailed oriented, independent, self-starter and customer service oriented
