THIS IS A PART-TIME/CASUAL OPPORTUNITY. THE NUMBER OF HOURS PER WEEK WILL VARY.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role involves conducting audits of client inventories, inspecting storage sites, and completing inventory closeouts.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform audits of client inventories at specified storage locations, adhering to client business rules, finalizing reconciliations, and completing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure all assignments are completed professionally and promptly, aligning with both Company and Client standards.
  • Utilize the online Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS) to submit assignment status updates.
  • Review all instructions and forms prior to audits to guarantee high-quality service levels.
  • Schedule assignments according to Client expectations and timelines.
  • Engage in clear communication with client representatives and the AIMS management team through email and mail.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Use a smartphone to update AIMS and complete assignments efficiently.
  • Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Aim to exceed client expectations consistently.
  • Communicate professionally via email and phone calls.

Qualifications

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Training:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • College Degree is preferred.

Must possess a mobile electronic device and have transportation to audit sites. If using a motor vehicle, a valid driver's license and current motor vehicle insurance that meets Company standards are required.

Related Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills, intermediate math skills, attention to detail, and proficient computer skills are essential.

Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stand for extended periods and to lift up to 25 lbs periodically may be necessary.
