Join Our Team as a School Bus Driver

Pay: $24-$28/hr + bonuses

Schedule: Part-time weekdays, Split shift (AM/PM) – No nights, weekends, or holidays

  • Paid CDL training (valued at $6,000)
  • Averaging 25 hours per week
  • Split shifts: 5:30-9:00 AM & 1:00-5:00 PM (may vary by route)

No CDL? No problem We will pay for your training to help you earn your CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Safely transporting students to and from school programs
  • Operating school buses along assigned routes
  • Conducting daily pre- and post-trip inspections and safety checks
  • Assisting students on and off the bus when necessary
  • Adhering to all DOT, state, and district safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old with 3+ years of driving experience
  • Safe driving record (no suspensions)
  • Ability to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and background check
  • CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (or willingness to obtain)
