We are looking for a dedicated Seasonal Stock Team Associate to play a vital role in our freight flow process, maintaining the organization of our stockroom, and ensuring our sales floor is well-replenished. This position requires strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency, making it ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments.

As a Stock Team Associate, you will:

  1. Assist with the safe, timely, and efficient receipt of merchandise.
  2. Help maintain an organized and efficient stockroom.
  3. Assist in assembling products, executing markdowns, and replenishing the sales floor.
  4. Support efforts to drive profitable sales while protecting company assets.
  5. Take personal accountability for your performance on the team.
  6. Provide respectful and professional customer service when on the sales floor, adhering to the company dress code.
  7. Show high commitment and support for company initiatives.
  8. Proactively ensure that shipments are processed promptly during every shift.
  9. Arrive to work with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to the company values.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; experience in stock or warehouse environments is a plus.
  • Energetic, results-oriented, and driven by a desire to succeed.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Able to understand and interpret company directives and handbooks.
  • Flexible in working a schedule that meets store business needs, often involving early mornings and off-hours.
  • Physical ability to lift and move at least 45 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and handling bulky merchandise.
  • Ability to frequently stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise.
