Position: Class A CDL Liquid Tanker Regional Driver

Location: St. Louis, MO Hiring Area: 35-70 mile radius of St. Louis, MO

Description: General chemical liquid tanker regional freight Freight: General chemical. Hazmat, liquid in bulk

Equipment: Manual and Autos 2019 and newer. Mack, Volvos and Internationals - Truck Speed: Cruise 68 MPH, Pedal 65 MPH - All tough freight - 0% drop and hook, 0% no touch - 75% Hazmat loads Parking: Ops approved location

Average Pay: $1,200-$1,800 per week Specific Requirements: Tanker required, Hazmat required, TWIC required, Valid Passport (preferred), Minimum of 6 months of previous Liquid experience or 24 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience

Orientation & Training: - Online Orientation & Drug Screening: 2.5-3 hours (31/32 online tasks including CDL/Medical Card/SS card upload, BTC policies review, Recurrent HM Training Videos) - Online Orientation Completion Pay: $200 (on 1st check Friday/week following hire) -

Onsite Training: 5 days at Jacksonville FL (dry bulk) or Fenton MO (liquid) - $120/day - 1.5-2 days classroom - Standard driver road test - Introduction to pneumatic or liquid tank equipment - Road Training: - Dry Bulk: 5-7 days at home terminal - $120/day - Liquid (with 6+ months liquid experience): 1 week - $120/day Week 1, $200/day Week 2 - Liquid (no previous liquid experience): 2 weeks - $120/day Week 1, $200/day Week 2 - Lodging: Single occupancy at Rte 66 or Drury Inn (Fenton MO) or Microtel (Jacksonville FL) - Meals: Breakfast and Lunch provided during onsite training - Travel: Plane or car rental reimbursed Pay & Benefits: -

Pay Type: Practical miles - Pay Frequency: Weekly every Friday via Direct Deposit - Annual Pay Increase: Yes - Detention Pay: $5.00 per hour after 2 hours - Per Diem: Optional 0.14/mile (weekly miles) - Referral Bonus: $1,500 ($750 at hire, $750 at 90 days) - Benefits: BCBS health insurance starts 1st of month following 60 days from hire, VSP Vision - Vacation: 1 week after 1 year (calculated on 52 week average) Equipment & Operations: - Truck Speed: Cruise 68 MPH, Pedal 65 MPH - Permanently Assigned: Most are permanent seat, some slip-seat - Take Truck Home: Case by case, if allowed must be secured pre-approved location by OPS - Inverters/APU: No APU, inverters depend on fleet - ELD: Yes - Peoplenet - Prepass/EZ Pass: Yes - Fuel Card: WEX - 24 Hour Dispatch: Yes - Routing/Fuel Stop Flexibility: Yes - Idle Air Policy: No max Freight Details: - Drop and Hook: 0% - No Touch: 0% - All tough freight - Hazmat Loads: 75% Requirements: - Minimum Age: 21 - Drug Testing: Urine & Hair - Medical Card: Required at time of application (will accept current physical if not expiring within 3 months) - Endorsements: Tankers required at time of app, Hazmat required if needed per job description, TWIC required at time of app - Passport: Must have or be passport eligible and willing to obtain - No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years - No more than 6 jobs in past 3 years - No DOT recordable accidents within last year - No major moving violations within past 6 months (Careless/Reckless, 15+ Over, Hand held texting/calling, Following too close, Failure to stop at RR crossing, Driving CMV without CDL) - No more than 2 DUIs in lifetime, 1st must be over 5 years old - No felonies in past 7 years, no lifetime violent/sexual offenses - No current probation or parole - No pets or passengers
