A healthcare company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Recruiter to manage and support the organization's full-cycle recruiting efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruiting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hires across multiple departments while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Flexible hours are available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical, administrative, and operational roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and scheduling throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with applicants to ensure a professional and efficient recruitment experience.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess candidate fit and represent the company positively.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruiting tools.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare roles and terminology a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities efficiently.
    Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing hiring needs.
