Our client, a leading financial services organization , is seeking a Junior Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Junior Documentation Specialist , you will support the Operations team by digitizing and organizing confidential employee records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , organizational skills , and reliability .

Job Title: Junior Documentation Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Pay Range: $23/hour (W2)

What's the Job?

  • Scan, digitize, label, and index documents

  • Upload and organize files in SharePoint

  • Manage physical files and boxes (lifting 15+ lbs)

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records

What's Needed?

  • Experience with document scanning and SharePoint

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to work onsite full-time

What's in it for me?

  • $23/hr W2 pay

  • 3-month contract

  • Fixed daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm)
