Your Role: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
As a Pediatric OT at CTN, you will deliver high-quality, play-based occupational therapy services to children with sensory, developmental, and motor needs-helping them achieve meaningful, functional goals in a supportive outpatient setting.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment sessions
Develop individualized treatment plans with functional goals
Document visits and progress within 24 hours
Maintain 100% of billable productivity per your agreement
Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and clinical training
Collaborate with caregivers for home carryover
Use our user-friendly EMR for efficient documentation
What You Bring
Occupational Therapy degree + active California OT license
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (pediatric experience preferred)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Compassionate, engaging, team-centered approach
Genuine passion for supporting children and families
