Job Description
Are you a talented Site Reliability Engineer looking for an opportunity to tackle complex challenges in the realm of cloud services? Join our team to design, build, and enhance the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. You will engage in automation and innovative solutions to prevent issues from recurring while focusing on the mission-critical stack of our infrastructure.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the engineering and operational management of a large-scale Oracle database fleet, ensuring high availability and performance across environments. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical leadership will be essential in navigating operational challenges and achieving excellence in service delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering and operational management of a vast Oracle database fleet.
- Project database management requirements collaboratively within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
- Conduct quality control and audits to guarantee accurate data use.
- Design and maintain complex database systems, focusing on access, validation, organization, and security.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle 19c Database performance tuning and diagnostics.
- Previous leadership experience to oversee technical changes and enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of eight years in Oracle Database Engineering.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

The hiring range for this role is from $86,400 to $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity.
