Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Enhabit, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments utilizing physical modalities. Your goal will be to support individuals with physical challenges in improving mobility, self-care, and daily living skills. You will be instrumental in our Specialty Programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip, Knee, and Shoulder Replacement Programs.

You will provide skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services while educating families and healthcare team members. All services will be delivered in compliance with physician orders and the established plan of care, under the guidance of the Branch Director.

Qualifications

  1. Valid state driver's license.
  2. Automobile liability insurance required.
  3. Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
  4. Reliable transportation in good working order.
  5. Able to drive in all weather conditions.
  6. Current licensing in the state of employment.
