Description

Career Details:

We are seeking passionate IDD Direct Support Professional to provide direct care to the agency's DD client population and ensure that contracted services are provided on a continuous basis. This entry level classification does not require prior experience in serving the DD population.

Seeking PT shifts must be able to work weekends**

1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts

**Paid Training, Longevity Pay* Eligible employees will receive $500 Bonus for those who complete 60 hours of applicable training. Longevity pay will also increase hourly pay to $17.00*

**Must Have Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation with full courage**

SKILLS & ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent. No prior experience necessary.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid driver's license; must pass a criminal background check; must pass a pre-employment & random drug testing; must complete 40 hours of in-service training on an annual basis. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, INSURANCE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
