Facilities Associate/Custodial Lead

Full-Time or Part-Time

The Facilities Associate or Custodial Lead is responsible for maintaining the building, working closely with the Facilities team to ensure it meets Timberlake standards.

Area of Oversight & Core Responsibilities:
  • Morning Walk-Thru to ensure the facility is up to Timberlake standards.
  • Ensure that all custodial closets are adequately stocked.
  • Keep walkways, corridors, and common areas clear of debris or received goods.
  • Event setup and teardown.
  • Parking lot organic cleanup. Weed removal, deadwood removal.
  • Roadside perimeter checks.
  • Ensure all trash receptacles are cleaned and disinfected weekly.
  • Laundry as needed.
  • Ability to perform strenuous and continuous physical work, including heavy lifting over 50lbs with complete mobility in building and grounds activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Details:
  • Work full-time or part-time hours, depending on the role.
  • Full-time: Accrued PTO, medical, dental, vision, 403B (match after 1 year), life, AD&D, and LTD.
  • Part-time: Accrued PTO, 20+ hours can participate in our 403B (match after 1 year)
