Responsibilities:

  • Complete our company-paid training to learn essential skills for managing a pest control service route.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety while performing your duties.
  • Drive a company vehicle, adhering to a schedule to ensure timely service for customers.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in interactions with both customers and colleagues.
  • Provide empathetic solutions by actively listening to customer needs and recommending the best pest control options.
  • Carry out various service installations, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barriers for improved energy efficiency.
  • Engage with customers to set expectations and guide them through the service process, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Complete all necessary service documentation and utilize your provided device for efficient task completion.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required - we’re excited to train you
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license is essential.
  • Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company-paid).
  • Capable of working independently in the field, managing your route, and engaging with customers in their homes or businesses.

Job Environment:

Candidates should meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties, which include:

  • Using a ladder safely within the manufacturer's weight limit.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Accessing confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics, including kneeling, crouching, and climbing.
  • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary.
  • Working in various weather conditions.
