We are excited to announce an opening for a Global Business Process Management Intern for the period from June 2026 to May 2027. This part-time role involves working approximately 20 hours per week, where you will gain valuable insights and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve communication channels within Daiichi Sankyo for Business Process Management.
  • Utilize BPMN 2.0 to assist in designing, documenting, and analyzing various global processes within our Global Business Process Management System (BIC).
  • Engage in Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives, including Process Mining, Process Automation, and Process Optimization.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and support workshops.
  • Handle administrative duties and help initiate new projects as part of our Global BPM Center of Excellence Team.
  • Contribute to the advancement of BPM governance practices.

Qualifications:

  • Genuine interest in Business Process Management and Digital Transformation (DX).
  • Experience in agile methodologies and training management.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of process methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and a keen interest in digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, along with a collaborative work ethic.
  • Alignment with Daiichi Sankyo's values: integrity, collaboration, commitment, and courage.
