As a General Manager, you will be the guiding force behind building a high-performing team. Your mission will include:
- Recruiting and developing top talent.
- Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations from P&L to customer service.
- Fostering a culture of excellence in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Driving maximum profitability while ensuring a stellar guest experience.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members and upper management.

Your Role:
- Identify high-potential team members and nurture them into leadership roles.
- Achieve and uphold world-class operational standards.
- Ensure immaculate restaurant conditions while promoting excellent service.
- Engage in all restaurant roles to support your team.
- Hold accountability for restaurant performance and decision-making.
- Provide consistent feedback and recognize your team's contributions.
Are You the Right Fit?
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a restaurant, with proven leadership abilities during all shifts.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Must maintain a current Health Card as per local regulations.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Successful background checks are mandatory.
- Ability to achieve SERV Safe Certification is required.
- This position anticipates a 50-hour work week with open availability necessary (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
