Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Step onto the floor where skilled assembly meets opportunity. We're looking for Assemblers to join our crew and help keep products moving with precision, speed, and quality.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Dependable, steady, and punctual
• Comfortable working with your hands and tools
• Strong eye for detail and quality
• Respect for safety and teamwork
• At least 1 year of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly (switchgear experience a plus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Basic computer and microscope skills for precision assembly
• Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings
  

What You'll Build Every Day

• Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble components accurately.
• Install, crimp, bolt, solder, and secure electrical and mechanical parts in cabinets, racks, and panels.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure all assemblies meet specifications.
• Work alongside your crew to hit goals
• Keep your space clean and safe
