HR Manager (Generalist) Crypto | DeFi | Quant Trading | Scale-Up Growth. Hybrid Dallas, TX (preferred) USA-based essential. Are you an experienced HR Generalist or HR Manager who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments, ready to help build a world-class digital asset trading company?

Our client is a young, high-growth cryptocurrency investment firm operating in DeFi and XLT quant trading, already generating $100B annualized AUM and expanding rapidly across the USA and globally. They're now hiring a hands-on HR leader to build the people infrastructure as the team scales from 12 to 40+ employees.

You'll oversee the entire HR value chain from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, engagement, compensation, and compliance, to culture and leadership development. You'll partner with executives and department heads to ensure every new hire and process aligns with a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.

You'll Bring:

  • 7-15+ years' experience across the full HR generalist spectrum (USA employment law, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, learning & development)
  • Proven success hiring and retaining top talent in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto environments
  • Strong network and relationships with specialist talent in quantitative trading, technology, data science, and digital finance
  • Confident, proactive communicator able to influence at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, distributed (remote + hybrid) team environment
