**Job Description:**

United Trades of America is seeking highly skilled HVAC Equipment Installer Technicians with a focus on chill water systems to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in installing HVAC systems, particularly chill water systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Install chill water systems, including piping, pumps, and related HVAC equipment, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Perform quality checks and adjustments to ensure proper installation and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the installation process.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to complete installations on time and within scope.
- Document installation processes, modifications, and any challenges encountered, providing detailed reports.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols during installations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
- Stay informed about advancements in HVAC technology and installation techniques, especially regarding chill water systems.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in HVAC equipment installation, with a strong emphasis on chill water systems.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including components and installation best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex installations.
- EPA certification is required; additional HVAC certifications are advantageous.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
