About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Medicine Physician to join our Community Health Center in Douglas, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult medicine and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients in a community health setting.
Douglas, AZ, is a vibrant community located in the southern part of the state, near the border with Mexico. Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: Salary up to $310,000
- Quarterly productivity bonus
- $25,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Arizona.
- DEA registration.
- Excellent clinical skills and bedside manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
