  • Be prepared to assist with workload surges and catastrophe response efforts, including potential evening and weekend work.
  • May require travel for catastrophe deployments at short notice.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management policies in all business activities.

What You Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with strong communication abilities across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while utilizing various business applications effectively.
  • Willingness to obtain an insurance adjuster license and relevant state registrations within 90 days of hire.
  • Completion of job-related assessments is mandatory.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience in the US military or as a military spouse/domestic partner.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation: The hiring range for this position is $48,340 to $50,340. USAA utilizes a competitive assessment process to determine salary based on experience and market data, which may vary by location.
