This role leads the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Field Service, Sales Cloud, and integrations with MuleSoft, SAP, and Power BI. It combines technical depth with mentoring and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
  • Lead integrations with enterprise platforms and third-party tools.
  • Support mobile app development and field service optimization.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure platform scalability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align solutions with operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including Field Service and CRM.
  • Certified Salesforce System Architect preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and tools like RingCentral, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.
