We're urgently seeking a Marine Mechanic to service 45-100 ft vessels, specializing in Volvo Penta engines, IPS pods, and Fischer Panda generators. If you have 5+ years tuning diesels for peak performance, join our waterfront team to keep elite boats cruising flawlessly from day one.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo Penta propulsion systems, IPS pods, and Fischer Panda generators on premium yachts.
- Perform routine services, troubleshooting, and overhauls using specialized tools for optimal efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate on custom installs and upgrades, ensuring vessels meet rigorous marine standards under tight timelines.
- 5+ years of marine diesel mechanic experience; Volvo Penta expertise a top priority (certifications a huge plus).
- Cummins background welcome, with eagerness to dive into yacht-specific systems.
- High School Diploma or GED; local residency within 1-hour commute of Stuart, FL; ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
- Hands-on problem-solver with physical endurance for dockside and onboard work.
- Strong Pay: $25 to $40/hour based on experience, with full-time security.
