Executive Technical Support Specialist

Join our team as an Executive Technical Support Specialist, where you'll provide essential process and technical support to members of the Huntington executive leadership team. In this role, you'll quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, mobile devices, printers, videoconferencing, business application software, and telecommunications. You will perform technical tasks with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines, ensuring the highest level of support for our executives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Acting as a liaison for outside support when necessary, ensuring timely and complete resolutions.
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and keeping them informed throughout the support process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in direct customer technical support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional project management and personal organizational skills.

Workplace Type: Office. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work. This approach fosters strong connections and community among our teams while allowing for optimal productivity.
