Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Social Workers to join our team. Our roles offer flexibility and the opportunity to work in diverse environments while making a positive impact on individuals and communities.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional social work services in accordance with agency policies and ethical standards.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and advocate for client needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) from an accredited program.
Current Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware social work license (if applicable)
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
