Join our team as a Sanitation Team Member We are looking for dedicated individuals to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent maintenance service to keep our store in top condition.
  • Complete all daily and weekly maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Assist with various cleaning projects alongside other teams.
  • Execute minor repairs and improvements as needed.
  • Participate in ordering supplies required for store upkeep.
  • Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies.
  • Help maintain the store's landscaping and parking lot.
  • Engage in continual cleaning of all store departments.
  • Arrive at work on time, professionally groomed and ready to work; attend all scheduled shifts and required trainings.
  • Report any safety hazards or violations immediately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership at any level.

Experience:

No prior retail experience required.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand or walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday.
  • Perform tasks involving bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
  • Work with FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and in varied temperatures, including up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Adapt to working in wet and cold environments.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Use tools and equipment such as box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
