At Deployflow, we are excited to enhance our connection with both new and existing audiences through innovative social media strategies. We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to help us amplify our digital presence and manage our communications across social platforms, as well as lead our outreach initiatives for webinars and newsletters. Your mission will be to create and execute engaging content strategies for various social media channels, spearhead webinar campaigns, and contribute to our informative newsletters. This role is critical in boosting brand recognition, driving engagement, and achieving year-over-year growth.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Enhance engagement with our current audience through impactful social media efforts.
  • Attract new followers by identifying and addressing gaps in our marketing content.
  • Align our brand with the latest trends in social media, webinars, and newsletter content.
  • Maximize ROI through cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Explore and identify new avenues for brand promotion that align with our marketing direction.
  • Lead successful webinar initiatives and manage effective content distribution.
  • Oversee newsletter strategies to engage and nurture our audience.
  • Utilize social media and email marketing analytics to gather insights for ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize social media tools to create and distribute content across platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute comprehensive social media campaigns.
  • Manage the execution of webinars, including outreach, promotional activities, and follow-up engagement.
  • Execute email newsletter campaigns, focusing on content creation and distribution.
  • Represent and embody the brand, fostering connections with current customers and reaching out to new ones.
  • Analyze our social media and webinar strategies to identify improvement opportunities and enhance engagement.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends to keep our online presence vibrant and relevant.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, webinars, and newsletters, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in social media and digital marketing management.
  • Thorough understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and managing newsletter efforts.
  • Familiarity with strategies for successful webinar outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and managing overlapping priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable utilizing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Driven and proactive, with a passion for enhancing digital engagement.
  • Experience in service-based industries, particularly within the tech sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading social media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Proven success in enhancing brand visibility on social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management software and email marketing clients.
  • Experience developing effective webinar outreach methods.
