Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring Multiple Customer Service Intake Specialists for a well-recognized Non-Profit organization in Waukesha and Milwaukee. These positions are available to start immediately; so if you are ready to dive into helping others - Apply today to be considered

Shift: 1st/Day Shift - 8:30am-6:00pm; Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Job Duties of the Customer Service Intake Specialist:

  • Answer client and vendor questions regarding eligibility for Energy Assistance
  • Verify or assist applicant in verification of documents
  • Correspond with clients and vendors via phone, email, and website submissions
  • Review forms and file applications
  • Respond to energy related emergencies and work with utility companies
  • Guide clients through the application process and advocate for them

  • Experience in establishing and maintain working relationships with clients
  • Willing to work overtime and be flexible with shifts
  • Previous work experience within the community helpful
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
