- Base Pay: Starting from $46K to $56K per year.
- Monthly Bonus: Up to $500 for hitting key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by enforcing safety and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure that brand standards and recipes are consistently executed.
- Create a guest-focused environment.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members.
- Coach staff to drive sales and improve profitability.
- Handle guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Oversee product rollouts and training.
- Control costs to maximize profitability.
- Conduct inventory and financial reporting.
- Manage weekly scheduling to meet demand.
- Complete vendor orders and conduct self-assessments.
- Communicate goals and results to your team.
- Lead and deliver effective training.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
