Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by enforcing safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Ensure that brand standards and recipes are consistently executed.
  • Create a guest-focused environment.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members.
  • Coach staff to drive sales and improve profitability.
  • Handle guest feedback and implement improvements.
  • Oversee product rollouts and training.
  • Control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct inventory and financial reporting.
  • Manage weekly scheduling to meet demand.
  • Complete vendor orders and conduct self-assessments.
  • Communicate goals and results to your team.
  • Lead and deliver effective training.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
