Residential Staff Manager

SUMMARY: The Residential Staff Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing documentation and administrative tasks related to facility records, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. This position champions core program practices, supports behavioral goals, and guides a dedicated team to create a safe, positive, and effective environment that proactively addresses the needs and challenges of our youth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster a safe and therapeutic environment by directly supervising youth, applying positive discipline, maintaining professional boundaries, and effectively using behavior modification and crisis intervention techniques.
- Collaborate with the Program Specialist to ensure the implementation of all program schedules and components of the Milieu Treatment Program, including individualized treatment plans.
- Proactively observe behavioral issues, adhere to safety standards, and encourage positive living habits while creating a secure and supportive atmosphere for each resident.
- Maintain and update supplies, equipment, petty cash, logs, and reports in line with licensing requirements, organizational standards, and crisis intervention techniques.
- Support the Program Specialists in meeting all licensing standards and HIPAA requirements through regular house audits and reporting.
- Actively participate in facility meetings and requisite trainings, demonstrating mastery of all materials and ensuring that certifications remain current.
- Possess intermediate to advanced computer skills and maintain reliable transportation along with a valid Driver's License.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Shift Schedule:
Wednesday 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Thursday 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Friday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Saturday 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Off Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Compensation details: Hourly Wage: $22 - $24
