Position Summary
Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who takes pride in precision, organization, and customer satisfaction. In this key role, you'll keep our production and customer service teams running smoothly by managing shipments, inventory, and logistics from start to finish.
If you're confident behind the wheel of a forklift and comfortable navigating Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and our ERP system (Radius), this is the role for you. You'll be the go-to expert for creating and managing shipping transactions, handling inventory receipts, and coordinating with carriers to ensure our products get where they need to be-on time and in perfect condition.
Essential Accountabilities
- Drive the company truck between warehouse and plant to deliver materials safely and efficiently.
- Accurately enter shipping and pickup details into the 3rd-party portal for daily shipments.
- Pick and ship inventory through our ERP system (EFI Radius) with precision.
- Track shipments closely and communicate delivery updates to the customer service team.
- Manage supplier lead times and maintain an organized flow of shipping supplies.
- Receive raw material and finished goods in the ERP system daily; correct errors quickly and accurately.
- Create and maintain inventory labels using the ERP system.
- Partner with customer service to align on customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.
- Compile and organize shipment and inventory paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of any damaged or rejected deliveries.
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and efficient at all times.
- Share ideas for improving efficiency and streamlining processes with the plant manager.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills-enjoys collaborating across departments.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and ERP systems (Radius experience is a plus).
- Forklift certification required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Prior manufacturing or logistics experience preferred-especially in shipping or product handling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
