Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food orders with precision and menu knowledge.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations.
  • Support servers by clearing tables and resetting as needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings and ongoing training.
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
  • Valid Food Handling Certificate & completion of runner training.
  • Experience in a high-volume hospitality environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
